The Joule Provider Support System gives easy access to all upgrades, as well as offering the security of knowing you're backed by Valpar's technical and software support teams.Basic Support (no cost):
- Toll-free technical software support.
- Joule newsletter, providing Valpar updates, highlighting issues facing industrial rehab, and allowing providers to share ideas and information.
Software Update Service (£395.00 annually):
- All software updates.
- All manual revisions.
- Includes Basic Support.
Technical Support Service (£395.00 annually):
You may deduct £100 from your order when purchasing both the Joule Software Update Service and the Joule Technical Support Service.
- One annual Quality Assurance certification review per evaluator (Maximum: 8 evaluators).
- Four hours* Joule trainer Telephone Technical Support.
