RHAJ - Revised Handbook For Analyzing Jobs
The Revised Handbook for Analyzing Jobs (RHAJ) provides the rules by which the job
descriptions and the Worker Qualification Profiles which appear in the
Dictionary of Occupational Titles (DOT) and the Classification of Jobs
(COJ) respectively
were developed. Moreover, definitions are given of every level of every factor that appears in
the Worker Qualification Profile and examples are provided for the sort of activities or
tasks typical of every level of every factor.
Taken together, the RHAJ, the DOT and the COJ constitute the most comprehensive job database
in the world, and for those involved in vocational assessment anywhere in the world it is a
fundamental and indispensable source of information about jobs.
