Classification of Jobs
Each occupation/job in the DOT is analysed according to twenty-three factors (covering educational requirements, skills, physical demands, specific vocational preparation time, environmental demands, and temperaments). Each factor is given a level score of rating. These ratings constitute the Worker Qualifications Profile which specifies the demands of the occupation or job.
The Classification of Jobs contain the Worker Qualification Profile for every job in the DOT.
